Ensure to arrive 1 hr early to the meet.
Athletes must compete in at least two CYO meets in order to compete in the qualifying meet. This includes meets #1-4 and the relay meet.
Athlete registration for meets by 11:59 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the meet. If not registered by that time, athletes can register the morning of the meet, but we strongly advise registering by Wednesday.
Each family is expected to volunteer for at least two (2) meets during the season. We can't hold these meets without your help. A link to a document with descriptions of each position is provided above. Click "VOLUNTEER MEET DESCRIPTIONS" above for meet volunteer descriptions.

All running events: Girls 2nd Grade through 8th Grade, followed by Boys 2nd Grade through 8th Grade
1600M, 800M may combine grades up to 24 runners in race. Waterfall start. It more than 24 runners may run two races 1) 2nd Grade through 5th Grade Girls and Boys. 2) 6th Grade though 8th Grade Girls and Boys.
4x400M Relay may combine grades to fill all lanes.
Field Events are generally open; athletes may do them at any time.
